By downloading, installing, or using MyBudgetPlan, or by browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

MyBudgetPlan is a personal finance tool that lets you track income, expenses, budgets, savings, credit, and related information in your account. Features may include recurring automation, multilingual support, currency selection, and light/dark themes.

MyBudgetPlan is provided free of charge and supported by in-app advertising. Features available in the app are offered without a paid premium tier.

MyBudgetPlan is a tracking and organization tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Decisions you make about your money are your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for safeguarding access to your device, and for any exports or backups you create.

You agree not to misuse the app or website, attempt to disrupt the service, or use MyBudgetPlan for unlawful purposes.

Your financial records are stored in your MyBudgetPlan account. Deleting the app from a device does not by itself delete the cloud account; use in-app deletion or the Delete Account page.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or app stores distribution at all times.

The MyBudgetPlan name, branding, website content, and app materials are owned by MyBudgetPlan or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by applicable law or with prior written permission.

MyBudgetPlan and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBudgetPlan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the app or website.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
